AnajBD.com is an online grocery delivery service operating within selected areas of Dhaka.
We reserve the right to update or modify our terms at any time without prior notice.
🔹 2. User Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate name, address, and phone number.
- AnajBD is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
- Fraudulent or misleading orders are strictly prohibited.
🔹 3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed via phone or message before processing.
- Payments can be made through Cash on Delivery, Mobile Payment (bKash/Nagad), or Credit/Debit Card.
- AnajBD reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if necessary.
🔹 4. Delivery Policy
- Delivery is currently available in Gulshan–Baridhara–Badda areas.
- Standard delivery time is within 1 hour (depending on traffic and product availability).
- The recipient must be present during delivery.
🔹 5. Return & Refund Policy
- Damaged, defective, or wrong products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
- Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
🔹 6. Pricing & Offers
- All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- AnajBD reserves the right to change prices or offers without prior notice.
🔹 7. Privacy
- Customer data is used only for order and delivery purposes.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

🔹 8. Limitation of Liability
- AnajBD is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, product shortages, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for any technical issues that may temporarily disrupt website service.

🔹 ১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
AnajBD.com একটি অনলাইন গ্রোসারি ডেলিভারি সেবা যা নির্দিষ্ট এলাকায় পণ্য সরবরাহ করে।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় আমাদের নীতিমালা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
🔹 ২. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
- ব্যবহারকারীকে সঠিক নাম, ঠিকানা এবং ফোন নম্বর প্রদান করতে হবে।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর ভুল তথ্য বা ভুল ঠিকানার জন্য AnajBD দায়ী থাকবে না।
- অনৈতিক, ভুয়া বা প্রতারণামূলক অর্ডার নিষিদ্ধ।
🔹 ৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
- অর্ডার করার পর আমাদের টিম ফোন বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে নিশ্চিত করবে।
- পেমেন্ট করা যাবে Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad) বা Card Payment এর মাধ্যমে।
- AnajBD যে কোনো অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখে।
🔹 ৪. ডেলিভারি
- ডেলিভারি বর্তমানে Gulshan–Baridhara–Badda এলাকায় সীমাবদ্ধ।
- সাধারণত ডেলিভারি সময় ২-৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হয় (পরিস্থিতি অনুযায়ী সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে)।
- ডেলিভারির সময় প্রাপকের উপস্থিতি জরুরি।
🔹 ৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- কোনো পণ্য নষ্ট, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ভুল হলে, ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
- অনুপযুক্ত পণ্য যাচাইয়ের পর রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
- খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
🔹 ৬. মূল্য ও অফার
- সকল মূল্য টাকায় (BDT) প্রদর্শিত হয়।
- AnajBD পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই মূল্য, অফার বা বান্ডেল পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে।
🔹 ৭. প্রাইভেসি
- গ্রাহকের তথ্য শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারির জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়।
- কোনো তথ্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের কাছে বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা হয় না।

🔹 ৮. দায়সীমা (Liability)
- ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব, পণ্যের স্বল্পতা বা প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগজনিত কারণে ক্ষতির জন্য AnajBD দায়ী থাকবে না।
- ওয়েবসাইটে কোনো প্রযুক্তিগত ত্রুটি ঘটলে আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব তা সমাধান করব।
